Cleansing is not an overnight cure. The body took years to accumulate the deposits, wastes,imbalances and deficiencies. The body will take some time to eliminate them and to rebuild healthy function.
Be gentle with yourself and notice how you feel. Keeping a journal is a terrific way to notice subtle improvements -- or associate causes with negative reactions.
Don't re-read your journal entries for the first two-four weeks. Just note what you eat, do and how you feel. Non-judgemental observations. After a few weeks, you can look back and see if you've made progress, if you see patterns, etc.
