This is very common when using typical labs and there are several reasons for this. The best lab to use is Metametrix because they do not rely on human identification but use the advanced form of testing known as PCR. It basically looks for DNA of the pathogen then makes the match.
You may be forced to use pharmaceuticals to eradicate this.
