that's what I already read here in Curezone, to put the Epsom Salt in gelcaps. But I wasn't sure if the salt would be solved enough, if I don't put it in water. Last time I read here, that someone grinded the salt before he put it in the caps. What is your experience with the encapsulated salt? After my 5th flush two days before, I really have enough of the ugly taste of the salt.
