AN ovulatory cycles

I am 11weeks post removal and I have have 2 menstrual cycles since my IUD had been removed. These cycles only last about 2 days and they are like light brown in color with a thin water like consistensy. I was wondering if these were anovulatory cycles and the reason that i am not getting better is because the low progesterone levels are preventing ovulation?
