I understand that bad skin is a form of constipation and the skin is making up the work that our internal organs should be doing.
However, if one is eating more raw fruit than before, no alcohol, drugs, sodas, sugars, etc., could upping the water intake dramatically help?
I ask because I've read that poor kidney function can lead to skin issues as the skin is making up for the kidneys. I have problematic skin still and I've been on the LBB for a year, am currently taking olive leaf, oregano, mrs barefoot and tree iodine daily. However I only drink 20 maybe at best 30 ounces of water a day. I'm currently also taking the blood cleanse formula and the liver itch( im on my second bottle of that).
