Try making and eating homemade fermented vegetables like pickles, sauerkraut, kimchi, etc. with every meal.

Other options are a good kefir - if you do not use dairy (raw dairy in your case only), I would make a good water (perhaps coconut) kefir or kombucha being sure to only harvest it when it is starting to turn to vinegar.

Taking Apple Cider Vinegar, or drinking water, strongly flavored with fresh squeezed lemon or lime with your meals (I think most of your supplements should be taken with meals given the circumstances) should also help...

There are other alternatives also... like digestive bitters and such.

A good broad spectrum probiotic would likely help too, and help mend things...

When eating green vegetables, use ACV sprinkled on them... this will help as well.

In fact this was the way many people ate heavy dark green vegetables in the past, along with butter, pepper, and a whole salt in order to improve digestion and mineral (energy) absorption.
