Have u ever thought that any type of deting never works in a long run? And as soon as that super modern diet is over most ofg us has a tendency to gain that lost weight back. Well, I have been there too. :)
Logically speaking (and most of u, I guess, can agree with it), body doesn't like extreems and it does freaks out in some cases and it is not good (like some hair loss while dieting or destricting urself in a food but then eating not healthily).
