Thanks for your answer.

In my country (Bulgaria) the yogurt is a traditional product and I make it very often. My grandma's cow give an excellent and very nutritive milk for this purpose and the fermentation is perfect all the time.

I also eat the pickles and the sauerkraut especially in the winter...

Yes, I'm interested of the other ways of making and other products... maybe fresh apples and other fresh fruits...
