Somewhere along the way, I've started to realize that I just don't get near as upset about this as I used to.

I used to be just like all the rest. When I was younger, I was SICK ALL THE TIME. ALL the darn time. BUT, when those who were doing very healthy things talked (in general, not specifically aimed at me) about how they changed their eating and drinking to be more healthy - I reacted the same way. (I just didn't want to hear it.)

But, much to everyone else's chagrin, I started to get smart. As goofy as this sounds to many others, I believe God has chosen some (if not many) of us for a bigger purpose, and we just happen to need to be healthy to handle it.

The bigger purpose may be as simple as waking others up that they CAN be healthy. Still others may be dealing with other issues.

Much bigger issues.

For those to whom this post "rings true"?...

...I believe that time is short, very short. I'm not trying to instill fear, only a loving reminder to stick to the task at hand.
