Wow, really? I didn't know that. I had taken it a few years ago and didn't notice any difference, but now I do, so it must be even more proof that the candida levels are down. Wish there was an easy and inexpensive test to take to tell.
I'm not eating breads or pastas (only brown rice pasta), I don't want the yeast in breads.
I think I will always stay on this healthier way of eating as white flour has zero nutritional value and I can also live w/o wheat just fine, but it sure is nice to have fruit again. I don't ever want to go back to being that ill again.
