...combo of SSKI + magnascent. Anyone that "knows" me here knows that I have been cautious in recommending magnascent for I2(elemental iodine), because it contains very little I2 compared to Lugol's or iodoral...and it's the I2 that has been proven to reverse hormonally driven cystic conditions.

the I2 in magnascent is purported to be more "absorbable" than that in lugol's. Dunno if that's true or not, what I DO know is that good testimonials are happening. These people are real, their stories are real:

Okay guys. I started Iodoral back in June for a good sized fibroid I found by my ovary. It was about the size of one of those large marbles (and just about as hard), and I could feel it easily through the skin just by placing my hand on my hip where my ovary is. I read everything I could get my hands on about getting rid of fibroids. Thank heavens I found this site. I started Iodoral in June and quickly upped my dose to 100 mg per day. It got a bit expensive, so I decided to start Trap's SSKI and Magnascent combo, and have been taking 7 drops of each daily with companion nutrients and salt loading, plus I changed my diet to no grain, no dairy, no processed foods, lots of veggies and fruits and organic meat with no hormones or Antibiotics . My periods normalized a massive amount upon starting iodine, and thanks to Wombat's suggestion of cod liver oil, my periods are normal for the first time in my life. 3 day periods with normal blood loss. No more cramping, no more breast pain, no more back pain and no more obnoxious bleeding and clotting. I have never been tested, but I feel I must have been anemic from all the years of excessive blood loss every month. I feel that is resolving as well. I feel better and have more energy too. Anyhow, now for my update. I have kind of just ignored my fibroid for the past few months. I realized it has taken me decades to get in condition my body is in now, and I knew it would take some time for my fibroid to go away. It didn't notice a difference in size while on the iodoral. I put my hand on my hip today and really felt for the knot that is usually just there under the skin, but I couldn't feel it at all. So, I pressed down harder to feel around on the area of my hip where my ovary would be and there is no more knot at all. The fibroid may still be there and just small enough I can't feel it anymore, but I was really excited. This is awesome!!!! Thank you Trapper, thank you Wombat, and thanks to everyone else too! Thank you all so much for your help in getting me better. Rest assured, I'm going to keep doing everything I have been to stay healthy. Life is good!

Ok....I am at the 3 month mark of my Iodine supplementation. This is what I do.....

Upon waking 8 drops of magnescent in water.
1 hr. later breakfast with 400 mg. of selenium, 1 magnesium malate.

1 hr. later salt push with 1/2 teas. of salt.

I drink Jiaogulan tea throughout the morning.

Twice a day 2000 mg. of vitamin c. Usually on an empty stomach and away from iodine.

2 tab. of Schulze's Superfood with 1 teas. of tumeric added.

Dinner around 3:30 and I take 8 drops of SSKI after dinner.

Evening I take 1 teas. of Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver oil.

Also, make a pot of Nettle tea and drink that.

Go to the gym as much as possible to sweat it all out and if I can't make it I jump on my mini trampoline.

It may sound like a lot but it is not.

For you females:

My period came at day 33 (this has not happened in years!!)
Usually I went 24-26 days. No headache before or after (again I used to get a horrific headache before and after my period) Hardly any pain....I suffered so bad I can't begin to tell you. Lasted only 3 days from start to finish. I normally get it heavy for 5 days and spot for another 4.

Hair has completely stopped falling out.

Detox comes in waves but really the worse I get now is my eyes burn a little. I must say, if you read my previous posts, detox was soooo bad. Now, it is hardly there.

My husband is happier....I got my drive back :-))))

Mood is very consistent.

Not tired all the time now. No more foggy head.

No more achiness.

Overall......I FEEL SOOO MUCH BETTER!!!

To all those who question the detox....stick with it and be consistent. It really does work. Consistency is key.

Thank you to Trapper, Wommie, Spuds and everyone else here who devote so much time into helping others. I feel like a new person. Will continue to update (good or bad) because those were the posts I needed in the beginning to get me through.
