Liver flush with a cold?

For the first time in over a year I got a cold early this week, and I had planned to do my second flush today. I am slmost better just a little stuffy still and I plan to continue with my flush anyway.

I remember reading somewhere that you shouldnt flush when you have a cold, has anyone had any experiences of this?
