I just finished my fourth flush, I tried the classic coke flush and am having amazing results.
For my first three flushes I did the Hulda Clark method and followed it exactly. The first flush I had a few very small green stones, second nothing, third approx. 60 green stones (pea size & smaller).
For this flush I tried the Classic Coke flush as described on the link at the top of this forum, and added a half bottle (5 oz.) of magnesium citrate two hours before taking the olive oil. I've been passing large green stones all day! At last count it was up to approx. 140 (and still coming out), many are large, maybe marble sized or chick pea size. (I only ever count what I can see floating in the toilet)
I'm very pleased and am wondering if anyone else has compared these two flushes and had similar results. My question is if it has anything to do with the larger amount of olive oil you take with the coke flush (6 oz. vs. 4 oz. in The Clark Flush ). Does anyone have any thoughts about that? It actually made me feel sick and have horrible indigestion all night - this hadn't happened with the first 3 flushes, so maybe that little bit of extra oil was important to my system to expell the stones.
