Count me in
I just went over 75% raw this week! Went M-Thursday. lol
Boy, was I feeling good. I had an egg or two most mornings (low-heat cooked over-easy in butter OR CO) and then raw fruit and nuts (or salads) the rest of the day.
My hearing even improved, proving to me it was inflammation. However, Friday came.
Same eggs for breakfast, OJ all day, and then we went to the town's best restaurant for steak. OMG - best prime rib I ever had. Steamed veggies, and salad. NO starches.
I still felt good, however. But then I had a cheeseburger today, and boy, I am hearing again like my ears are submerged in WATER! The exciting part is learning that MY hearing loss is connected to my "oh-so-bad-girl" EATING! WooHOOOOOOO
I might actually get to enjoy playing my piano again!
