TIMING - general question!

What really bothers me:

You do your Liver-Flush around 10 pm. Do you know why at 10pm and not at 7am?

Because at this time blood supply in the galbladder/liver area is the best, giving them 10 or more times power to expel bile.

The Chinese knew that - it's the body clock and energetic min/max time of every organ.

My question is: then why do all the diet-masters say YOU SHOULDN'T EAT in the evening and it's recommended that last meal of the day is before 6pm?
Why do they recommend _light_ breakfast? Stomach has its maximum at 7:00 am.

Please share your thoughts (or CONCERNS)!
