Positive, Nourishing, Insightful :)

Hi All,

Hope you are all well:) I have a couple of things I wanted to share, that I've been doing/reading/listening to the last few weeks. I'm of the opinion that even the smallest things you can do (that add up!) are so worth it, while on the healing journey. So here are a couple of discoveries!

1. I've been listening to tape 5 of the Dr.Schulze Crusades, in fact, this is the tape that I go to over and over again, for many reasons. Yes, the information is awesome, in fact, all of the tapes are awesome! What really gets me is his ATTITUDE and POSITIVITY. He talks early on about parenting, and natural childbirth. And just in describing the whole process- where he actually delivered his son, Himself- it's just amazing how even though EVERYTHING that could have 'gone wrong' WENT WRONG- meaning in any other scenario, he MOST CERTAINLY would have ended up in the hospital- he just plugged ahead- confident in his abilities and knowing that he could take care of anything.

It's his ENTHUSIASM AND DETERMINATION that I am getting at here. This is something that I am often lacking, and listening to these tapes...well it gives me the (gentle and loving) KICK in the bum that I often need! I LOVE Dr.Schulze, when he's in 'The Zone'!

Here is the link to the tapes:

2. I found a wonderful article that talks about making nourishing herbal infusions from nettle, oatstraw, comfrey and clover- technically this is not from Dr.Schulze or Dr.Christopher, but from an Herbalist named Susun Weed. She is a fascinating, strong, insightful healer of the wise woman tradition. Her other articles are amazing too. Her energy is grounding and positive and very much 'earth mother' like. I appreciate that- just like I so appreciate all the strong women on this forum- it gives me something to relate to, and something to aspire to, as a woman. I made the nettle infusion last night, and found it so delicious. Is it easy, quick and fun to make. I hope that it is okay to post this here! Here is the link:

3. I discovered Hay House Radio a couple of weeks ago. Oh My Goodness! Can I tell you how much it has helped me remain positive during the most trying times?! I can't say enough about it- it's FREE, it's a 24/7 radio show with one hour programs featuring Spiritual Leaders, Authors, Teachers- I very much ENCOURAGE everyone to check it out. I have listened to interviews with Dr.Wayne Dyer, Louise Hay, Jerry and Esther Hicks, and Carolyn Miss- to name a few, just in the first week! I found myself putting it on, and then going about my routines, or doing the dishes- and just having the positive insights floating around, even if I wasn't fully engaged- and 9 times out of 10 I would find myself hearing something that rang so true, or discovering something about myself- it's just a fabulous resource, and I can't say enough about it! Honestly, if you are like me, you need to have constant positivity in your life. Especially when you are getting well! Here is the link:

So those are my amazing discoveries of late- I am sure I have more (I save them all on my Favorites list!). I hope this helps and inspires all of you. Love to you all!!!
