i've done an allergy test, i can't remember all the results from memory but i do remember dust/pollen and oranges.

i've eliminated these things, nothing changed.


i've done a 3 day water fast, that was very difficult and my lips still crusted. lol it's meant to be 30 days to reset the body but 3 days was difficult enough.


unless it's reacting to something that wouldn't be considered an allergen.
