almost like my blood Sugar goes screw and sets off a headache, i get them when i dont eat enought too, still had it as of 5 am, finally seems like the edge is off of it
for the past 5.5 weeks on this other way of eating I was on it was a lot of carbs for me, there was a carb at each of the 6 mini meals that made up most of the meal, i am sure dropping the carbs to one meal over the past 2 days really didnt help at all
I will get there I am sure just will take patience and time looking forward to feeling 100% again
bought a new copy of the carb addicts book to get going again
