What do you think? Good product? Reliable website? Take as directed or build up higher?
I'm really just guessing, as there are so many different percentages for different websites 2%, 3%, 5%, 7%, 15%, etc. and different ways to take it like twice a week, every other day, everyday, increasing daily... I mean I don't want to poison myself but I want to take enough to get rid of my constant fatigue and health problems (my pain is almost under control, but my fatigue is way out of control!). I have fibromyalgia and sleep apnea and maybe adrenal and thyroid problems but not confirmed yet. Thanks for any help! AND PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME, I'm kinda lost!
