thank you for your response...I will add more nuts and seeds..and soak them for better digestion..
the bananas at 8 in the am with frozen cherries (1/4th C) and about a fourth cup of raw walnuts sticks with me till 11am ... I do not feel shakey from it either??...its calming... and satisfying... but from then out I do veggies and nuts for the day...(just started focusing on nuts and seeds a couple weeks ago...will drop the meat protein and see how that works...
