thanks will do some more research i know the answer since i started ive been increasing in weight and now that i am at the gym for 4 to 6 days a week most times 2 hours at a time and nothing losing just .6 of a pound here or there....
i know that not eating meat has alot to do with it...although i eat very clean right now...no processed stuff or fake meat or soy...but i think it is too many carbs even though not refined....things like fruit oatmeal... i do eat eggs and tuna...so i do get protien but not enough i dont believe, thanks for all your help with this it is a struggle! at least for me! I just want to be normal and eat normal
