bouncing back and forth if i should just add meat to my diet and have been for a few months now..actually it is a struggle and debate i have in my head over and over.....have a question for you regarding eating vegetarian and POCS....I get that I am most likely insulin resistant since when i ate the high protien low carb way i dropped 100 lbs then platued...if eating vegetarian is so healthy why is it so bad for POCS folks? Can eating that way be okay if the carbs are controlled?
