Does it matter when you do it- eg, on an empty stomach? in the am or pm?- or are there times when you shouldn't do it (eg, right before or after a meal?)
Is there any reason to the salt loading it if you are not doing the Iodine supplementation? Does it help with any other detox?
The reason I am asking is that I seem to be having some of the bromide detox sxs even though I am not doing Iodine yet (the frontal headaches when I wake up, emotional sensitivity, etc.) (I know these could be due to other things as well (!), but am thinking maybe the salt loading would help- might be worth a try?)
