Thanks for the "wringer" comment- that's a pretty apt description!

Can you say more about what you mean by dietary factors?

Did you mean food allergies ? I have had innumerable food allergies on and off over the years- worst when the mold situation was at its worst, seem to be clearing up now.

I was deficient in vitamin D even tho I was taking it, so switched to another kind, now am just within the bottom sill of "normal" D levels.

Last fatty acid profile was all over the map- but may be in part because I was just coming off a cleanse at the time of the blood draw.

There are probably other things I'm not remembering, but I'd be interested to hear if you had something particular in mind.

I really appreciate your interest/responsiveness so far.
