Hi Paraboy,

Your question:
Hi Moreless,

I have a friend that is an A blood type and he has a severe sensitivity to acidic foods, such as lemons.

He started taking your drink for 3 days and using lemon and I'm not sure of the kelp type because he did bought it with some other ingredients.

On the 3rd day, he got extreme gas pain and stopped the drink. The next day, the pain went away. The day after that, he got extreme gas pain and I had him put cold on it to contract the gas.

Question: What would be a good kelp for him to take and would he better off with ACV instead of Lemon juice?

Thanks,
Paraboy

Answer: The best thing for him to do is compare and find out what works best for him!

Gas may generally come from Poor Digestion!

This could come about when one ingests too much Alkaline, like Kelp, into ones stomach and has weak stomach Acids.

In this case taking more weak Acids along with these Alkaline (Kelp) may solve the problem?

One is going to need to play with these to find out what ones problem is and adjust by taking extra weak Acids like ACV or Lemon Juice or more Alkaline if it be from too much Acid?

Example of this taking place when Kelp may be involved: by taking buttermilk one may solve this problem?

In other cases, other solutions may be needed?

Gas always come because of Poor Digestion!

Yet, the Gas may come from Different sources!

Like from Excess NPN in Fruit, Vegetables, Beans etc!

Cause and Effect!

what causes gas? by lilly1 3 year 167 Ask Moreless: pH
Hi Moreless
Could you explain what causes gas in the intestines. I am eating super healthy and small quantities, so it isn't any processed or low quality food. But I've had 4-6 dates and some dried figs every day recently. Could that be connected?
Thanks
Lilly

Answer: Generally Gas may be Caused by Poor Digestion !

And this may be from a variety of Reasons, from the foods you are eating to the strength of your Digestion ?

Maybe you should try taking some ACV and BSM with what you eat and see if this may help stop this problem for you ?

For "IF" you really were eating super healthy, then you would not have the problem ?

And more than likely your Digestive Acids are too Low in your stomach , which the ACV and BSM may help correct ?

I notice that alot of my friends and family say they have trouble digesting fruits/veggies. Which I assume, only makes the pH balance more of a problem since they refuse to eat something that upsets the bowels. These same people later on always seem to have gallbadder problems. Can you explain how this happens and would ACV help them. Thanks 48124

Answer: Get yourself a Refractometer and start checking the Lack of Food Quality, and you then may easily see "WHY" many fruits and Vegetables are Causing many people Digestion problems ?

Too many of these foods are such Poor Quality and may have Too much Funny Protein(NPN) in them, and this may be what is causing much of the problem !

Taking some ACV and BSM with each meal may help the Digestion !

Good morning Moreless

Last night I had an experience that might have to do with this protocol.
The gas I had has been going on for maybe 4 days mostly in the evening. Usually I don't have much gas- just if I overeat or combine wrong once in a while.

So I started on the alkalanizing drinks, having 3 a day in av. since about 3 weeks. And since 1-2 weeks my bowel movements are often kind of funny green with chaff and sometimes quite some mini gallstones and not very well formed.

So when I had to go to a dinner with friends last night I did an enema as a rescue against the gas-the smell is unacceptable 0: and I got all this green stuff and gallstones out. And after that no more gas!? I was totally fine. What's going on? Is it the epsom salt in the drink? You need to know that I am pretty slim with healthy skin and usually pretty good elimination. So I don't think that it is because I am super toxic. But obviously I am doing these health helps for a reason. Well I want more energy, cure some lower back aches, have excellent digestion and to find my ideal nutrients to feel balanced and uplifted most all the time and to grow older in healthier way than most!!! I am dedicated to the quest.
thanks,
Lilly

Hi lilly1,

Like I earlier mentioned , the problem generally may be from Poor Digestion !

And by you Cleaning your colon out with an enema, this may have improved your Digestion, by Removing the built up Toxins, from your colon, which may need to have been removed ?
