Iodine in ERFA Thyroid

I just got my shipment of ERFA Thyroid from Canada today. I was on Naturethroid for the last half of 2009, but none of the pharmacies in my area have received any of the new shipments of Naturethroid, so I had to resort to ordering from Canada. Anyway, I noticed on the bottle that it says each tablet contains 0.2% iodine. Thought this was interesting. Anyone have any idea how much Iodine that would be? Tweet
