1st period

For those of you whose symptoms come back just before your period starts, how long do those symptoms last? Are they gone once your period starts or how many days after? I just started my first period today (Fri.), have been dealing with symptoms since Monday. Feeling pretty good so far today, but I'm guessing the fogginess/nausea will hit me soon. Tweet
