Re: Robert Martin - The Real Deal?

I would venture he has been in the GYM before.... likely that is where the pecs originated.

His current regimine is all body weight based...

MH - is a bit of body weight exercise really calcium demanding ? I would think it is natural to wind ourselves a couple of times per day ? Some physical demands of strength (short in duration) are likely natural as well ?

I like to exercise.. I always have.. but do not believe the weights are the way to go at all anylonger .. I think something more along the lines of rebounding/stretching/yoga are actually much better for us.

Running/playing/wrestling with the kids is always best... of course.

I have mixed up a DrC calcium formula that I was taking for awhile... (oatstraw, horsetail, comfrey, & lobelia)... should I be taking this longterm if I plan to exercise?

Thanks in advance,

RD.
