Re: How to distinguish high Cortisol
I don't know about Isocort. I'll have to look that one up. I have only taken James Wilson's protocol.
I have ordered Isoblast, because Dr. Michael Borkin mentioned it on YouTube.
I don't have any reason to think that I have had Mercury, but mine would be arsenic and a life history of chronic fatigue.
But I am very much acquainted with candida albicans and it is a toxifier. It only points to the lack of protective flora, and digestive distress is a major indicator.
I blame it directly for my hypoadrenia.
You'll not be able to deal with the adrenals/thyroid as long as you have a major bowel infection and that can only be permanently answered by recreating a pristine G. I. environment.
If you ever have been on
Antibiotics , it did great damage to your beneficial bacteria as well as the bad, of which I am sure you are aware, but it is as if a part of you is missing when the flora is kill/corrupted. You will forever have to depend on bowel treatments and supplements in order to keep up with normal life. How dramatic I sound, but I am correct. I have lived there too long.

Ok...I looked up Isocort, which seems to have glandular material and herbs. I wouldn't be worried about taking too much, whatever makes you feel better. I found Dr. wilson's to be organic and very helpful; even better than what my own physician recommended, until he tested mine.

He believes that some people cannot recover without them. When I found pure goji juice, I discontinued the glandulars for it. Vit. C is still a good choice, though.
