Re: Robert Martin - The Real Deal?
He definetly is strong.....but how many worms does he have and does he have enough alkalinety to counter balance the calcium "burn" from the exercises..... no doubt he still has the blood / stomach-pancreas ability to make a strong body and it would appear he never has allowed his body to fall apart like most us have done by age 30, etc.....
I guess the true fountain of life would be this: maintain an excellent body with out exercise...Males often can do this on any diet up until the age of 30 and then all the bad habits creep up and the body starts falling apart after age 30 and is in a mess by age 40 and organ problems by age 50.
My favorite author was pretty much a mess and near dead by late 60's and after a few years of changes of diet and master of the orange juice fast; he self tought himself the greatest exercises, so that in his 70's; he could put his head on one end of a chair and his feet to another and allow his wife to set on his back. I have always been impressed my entire life by anyone that can rest between 2 chairs that way and then taking it to the extreme is having a person set on your back at the same time and anyone doing this in their 70's truely is a superman in my book.
This fellow at age 61 is doing really well, but de-worming and consuming ample plant calcium/minerals would serve him even better.
PS
No way of telling, but often guys that have chest muscles like him, often got there with the use of steroids....In nature you do not see the breast enlarge like this guys are.
