Robert Martin - The Real Deal?

This guy seems like the real deal. I have seen his posts on some other forums. He was vegetarian for years and has recently (around a year ago) adopted the 80 10 10 diet whereby you consume no more than 10% of your diet in fat or protein.. eating mono fruit during the day.. and a salad if you wish in the evening (non-sweet fruits & tender leafy greens).
He seems to possess great strength, flexibility, and I believe finally has found a very good diet.
On this page you can find him demonstrating some very challenging body weight exercises.... some that most of us can do at a basic level that can help to build both strength and flexibility...
