Re: Hypoglycemia rearing its head again! Could it be adrenal fatigue?
I have had some difficulty with wheat, but buying organic was much better. I have a theory that getting back to as near the fresh, whole grain is corrective. Also, since I have been very chemical sensitive, I have realized that the paper bags and boxes that grain and flour are stored/sold in, are mildly toxic. Do you suppose that grains absorb the toxins from the containers? I have had to contemplate all of those sort of things. Like washing my hair of residual aromas so that I can fall asleep at night. That is how weak my adrenals have become, but I see a lot of poison that "normal" people cannot...with my nose.
Restoring my healthy gut flora has made a great difference, too, as far as being able to eat a normal diet and digest it, though I have lost the ability to eat hot foods.
And yes, by the way, my chronic heartburn, that wouldn't go away, was caused by toxins in my own home and how my adrenals reacted to the stress! The cause has always come down to toxins, whether from my G.I., from food, or from the air around me. My adrenals immediately begin to mend when I find a location that is toxin-free...imagine that.
