Just an idea? Sanitary towels spread Candida?

Its just a thought I had the other day about having vaginal candida and using sanitary towels. I thought maybe it could be possible that whilst having candida of the vagina and using sanitary towels, the candida has an ideal opportunity to spread into and enter the anus.
As I say, it was only a passing idea whilst contemplating candida generally. What do you think? or maybe you know of this already?
