IMO we can eventually eat a bit less.. but for me to stay raw - was not working...if I under eat a few days I find myself at the drive thru window before I remember leaving the house.
I started tracking my food intake on nutridiary. Until your instincts return (will let you know when mine do) this is a good site to help yourself track intake.
A decent caloric estimate is 10X your body weight to start - plus additional calories for activity.
Keep your average FAT intake low (10% total calories) as a guideline ...
Lots of juicy sweet fruit - mono meals are BEST & a BIG salad at night... and you are all set !!!
If you have some nuts or avocado - eat it after all else is digested.
