i am currently not taking any OTC, i have been eating healthier foods....i do fill my cravings slightly but other than that i do mostly eat healthy...i would have a good lunch then after that...i would eat mainly fruits so im not fattening myself up just to eat...the only concerns i do have on taking IF#1 while i am pregnant is that some of the herbs are not allowed to be taken while pregnant
so what you ladies are saying about fasting is...not just oranges but other fruits/veggies as well while fasting...ive never heard of that makes since when your body needs nutrients/proteins, etc....im getting confused as to which protocol to use, if you could enlighten me or give me a link about the correct juice fasting would be greatly appreciated
