Re: adrenal fatigue vs adrenal burnout?

Hey there,

I wouldn't worry so much about the definition of it. I would just get into action on a program that assists both.

Definitely incorporating adaptogenic herbs is a good start. I've found the best results using Jiaogulan and Amla in addition to Reishi and Cordyceps mushrooms. Take each daily, 1tsp 3 times per day, work your way up if necessary.

Also of course eliminate just about everything from your diet and work your way up. Doing the anti-candida diet is a good starting place, just be sure to incorporate enough good fats to support your adrenals development, I personally like Krill, hemp, coconut and olive.

Just be sure not to use too much fat as it can often also backfire and stress the adrenals. The bottom line is balance in all things and go gradually. Good consistent protein will also be important hemp would be a good start, 30grams total per day.

It's a good idea to eat mono meals for a while and test out how your body responds to different foods. All highly problematic foods should be out no questions asked. This includes dairy, wheat, refined Sugar and soy at a basic level.

With support in place you will want to consider doing various cleanses such as colon, candida and parasite cleanses to ensure none of them are co-causes to your current predicament.

Also be aware of when you feel worse;

- The environment BOTH People & Places
- Avoid all polluted areas, dusty rooms, stop using chemical cleaners for both dishes and clothes. With weakened adrenals you'll be a whole lot more sensitive to everything.

By strengthening them up with the advice above while also eliminating the root factors which have led you to this point you should see improvement over the course of time, but you'll need to be both consistent and diligent with your action plan.
