The very best diet is the mono diet, pick one fruit/berry or vegetable per day and eat as much as you want starting afternoon, never eat before 12 noon or until 6pm is best.
You can't starve, eat all you want, chew well. NEVER COOK or season. Do this and eventually your body will rejuvinate. Do Liver Flushes and stay parasite free and you excellerate the process, do juice fasting with oranges and you will be the healthiest person in America before you know it. Actually the only human to be world champion of light weight, medium weight and heavy weight boxing ate 2 foods, 1 head of cabbage and 1 head of lettus daily for years and he was one of the strongest men in the world. A man in calififornia about 25 years ago was billed as the strongest man in the world, I seen him lift 1,400 pounds with zero effort. He was skin and bones, never ate a solid food, lived on fruit juice only, he was a UCLA teacher.
Do this and throw away all vitamins, suppliments, etc.
