Disappointed about Humaworm...

So I've just received a package of Humaworm. I asked the customer service (a couple times) to make me the extra strength formula but I got the regular one instead... The other thing is about the name. I asked them not to put it on the top but that didn't work as well. I mean, I don't know anything about the quality of the product yet but still could you give me more information what is the most efficient way to reach the company so that I could get what I want and really really need.
