Carisababy I thought the formula for water was 1/2 your body weight in ounces a day? Also for each quart of water one needs to take in, either on food or slugged down, 1/4 tsp of a good Sea Salt .
My first thought about Lovey's complaint about aging was water. What kind and how much water are you drinking Lovey? Are you getting enough vitamin C and fatty acids? How about protein? What is your metabolic type? Are you eating what your body needs?
