Day two is always my worst day... I have fasted on water only and coffee only... both achieve the same weight loss for me anyway. Day two seems to be achy and obsessed with food and just overall unwell feeling... it WILL pass!! I started my journey weighing in at 275lbs at 5'7". I have lost down to 187lbs but recently gained back up to 199lbs... so I need to start paying attention again and try another fast. Usually day three for me is full of energy... and that continues for the length of my fasts. If for some reason I don't get that energy by day 5 the latest, I break my fast, gently and give it another try in a couple weeks. I've done 30 day fasts and been fine for most of it...
