Try caprylic acid with monolauric acid first. there was a poster who said she used these on her child and they eradicated the bugs. Iodoquinol is used for d. fragilis only while the 4 drug cocktail is used for b. hominis. These are short course treatments.

You want to stay away from Brucea Javanica as it does have some toxic properties.
