Will I lose my "buddha belly" by doing these flushes?

Ok, I was skeptical. I never expected to see what I did this morning, which was well over 100 little green blobs. Some as big as 3 or 4 cm, most much smaller. I had my gall bladder removed about 10 years ago... so there you go, can't be from the gall bladder.

I feel a little weak today, and there's some unpleasant grumblings throughout my belly. But all in all, I feel pretty good and motivated to do this again.
