Re: starting process earlier than later in the day??..

hi, good day!!.. No.. nothing but many trips to the loo..
i drank 1/2 c Extra-Virgin Olive-Oil with the juice of 1 lemon as a chaser a couple/few hrs after my orig post and that's it till now...
i did hear a lot of 'sounds' coming from my abdominal area.. very interesting..
so.. how soon may i repeat this process?? a couple of days?? next day? .. next week?? should i do another e.s.??? now??
i suppose to do it 'by the book' would be the best way to avoid all the extra wondering..
but, i suppose if even by the book and no stones, how soon thereafter can one repeat the process??
