387 (or is that Mr. 387?), are you also doing Budwig or have you in the past? Unfortunately I don't have the facilities at work to make the mix there. I have a large private office, but no place to clean dishes, make the mix, etc. And no lunch room with sink or cabinets.

It seems like there should be a way but darned if I can't quite figure it out. I also have to get off sugar, white flour, cheeses, etc. The results I've had amaze me given how far out of protocol I've been. Tweet
