Yes, I did 3 "runs" for Ascaris - what was suggested to me was to take 4 tablets per day (two in the a.m, two in the p.m.) for 3 days. If you think that your infection is not so bad, it's OK to take only 2 tablets per day for three days(in the morning & in the evening). Then one week break, then again, I took this three times, with a week break each time.
I think it helped, because when I had some time after that diagnosis/test done, no Ascaris was found.
The best is to chew the tablets with some fat, i.e. cream or butter or something with a high percentage of fat, it gets better absorbed like that (they recommend this mainly for albendazole, but I read somewhere that the same applies for mebendazole).
