Corn syrup is trash (High fructose mainly), I have cut most of it out of my diet now and even when I drink a juice is has to say free of it! I lost 20 pnds off this I believe, either that or just lemons and olive oil alone or a combination of all three? Who knows but I felt better cutting it out, infact if I eat BBQ wings which I used to do alot I wake up ears rining and mind racing, Mercury in it or something bad? I can bet on it! I tried it a month ago and said NEVER again! Good post MH.
