Thanks, that's what I needed to know. I've had a hard time trying to choose new pots and pans. I don't know anything about waterless cookware, but hey if Andreas recommends it...

I used to have a set of the Visions glass cookware. The kids always knew it was dinnertime when the smoke alarm went off. Seemed like I could burn anything in those. (Actually I figure I must be a good cook, since I've been cooking for a large family for 25 years and so far I haven't killed any of them.)

PS. I'm impressed that you've gotten your husband to cook for himself! Mine acts like he can barely find the microwave!
