you are correct in that every one is diffrent, and is effected in different ways. for me i can eat fruits and nuts or other kinds of fat and does not bother me all together, for me lots of fat never slowed me down or inflamed my candida
when i drink alot of fresh oj hunger cravings are almost non existent and alot means around 60 oz of oj a day but i bet if i added fat i would have no hunger cravigs like when i was eating organic raw non roasted peanuts i did not have any hunger cravings around 1# of peanuts a day and some fruit and i like the 80-10-10
