Hey any form of lip peeling and cracing for a prolonged time which doesnt heal by any chapsticks is one or other form of chiliitis may be not EC but some other . make sure you take care now or else you know what people are going through . and when lip peels its never hard it becomes soft and peels off . Its like paint on wall . as soon as you put water on wall if paint is cheap one then it stars pelling off . something like that . Now what you have a doctor can say or you have to understand in pictures secton there is a article by rogers it explains it all.
