Liver flush

hi!

i have Acne and people in the other forum said to come here. what exactly is a liver flush? what do i need and how do i do it? what am i supposed to do after it? what is colonics? do i need anything for that? anything afterwards? im so dedicated and have tried all of the Acne products but none seem to work.
does anyone know of anything else i can do to help with the acne?
